How to handle and reconstitute

  1. Allow the sealed 70mg vial to reach room temperature before opening the carton to prevent condensation on the lyophilised cake.
  2. Reconstitute by running bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial — never inject the stream directly into the powder.
  3. Swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake: agitation shears peptide bonds and can lower assayed purity.

Tissue repair signalling in research models

Tissue repair is not one process but a sequence of overlapping ones: haemostasis, inflammation, proliferation and remodelling.
